Alex Rodriguez among players implicated in PED use through Florida clinic under investigation

NEW YORK - Alex Rodriguez is in the middle of Major League Baseball's latest doping investigation after an alternative weekly newspaper reported baseball's highest-paid star was among the big leaguers listed in the records of a Florida clinic the paper said sold performance-enhancing drugs.

I don't understand why A-Rod has not been banned for life based his quid-pro-quid tipping of pitches to opponents, thereby altering game outcomes. Why is that not worse than Pete Rose betting on games? That previously published allegation was never even investigated by MLB, as far as I can tell. Then there was his admitted multi-year use of banned PEDs, and now this. He is everything that is wrong with modern sports.

I can't believe anyone is surprised at this. Just look at the guy and compare hime to when he first came in the league. To me it is as obvious as Barry Bonds. They both look like a bloated version of themselves.
