Sack always amuses me. The cartoon points out that you have to actually partake of the product to harm yourself. Smoking doesn't give you the opportunity to avoid the harm.

Sack always amuses me. The cartoon points out that rule makers are ignoring the health affects of fat foods, pollution by grease chimneys and the methane emmitted by large humans. This pollution doesn't give you the opportunity to avoiud the harm.

"The cartoon points out that rule makers are ignoring the health affects of fat foods" - Oh, do not fret. They will get around to the foods.

Sack couldn't be more wrong on this one. We still have the "Freedom to Eat" last time I looked at the "Grill of Rights". Oh, and skinny people eat sugary, greasy, lard laden, butter sticks also, and they can suffer from the same diseases. Smoking on the other hand removes my right not to partake in you filling my lungs with cancer. And "methane" from humans is dangerous to other humans --- Has common sense become extinct? Fairs were founded on those ridiculously snacks, so don't buy them if you object, but the children who attend don't need to suffer for an adults need to suck an nicotine stick. Just saying.
