Too bad there's no real money, the whole corridor needs to be an expressway with interchanges at key junctions rather than stoplights. 1.3 million might buy a couple of passing lanes here and there. The plan to convert US 10 to a freeway from Anoka through Elk River has been studied extensively but is now pretty much sitting on ice, probably where the results of this study are going to go.
Travel that road all the time. The need doesn't justify the cost
There's no money for this. 212 is a road not a street, so work to close any access points along the road. This will make it much safer at much less cost.
