If the Davos forum wanted new thinking on Religion and Society, they should not simply have invited notable "talking heads" -- pundits become noteworthy because of their very confrontationalism. Davos instead should have spent some effort digging for ways by which theism and atheism can more morally interface with each other and our larger society (such as pluralistic commitment to rational methods of everyday living, like accepting facts, shedding unvetted assumptions, and shunning emotive argumentation as unseemly). -- Frank Burton, Executive Director, The Circle of Reason
