Being a person who can not have children (I lucked out with one ten years ago but cant anymore), I can say if the man I was in love with had a child with another woman, I could not forgive him and you will end up miserable as this is something extrememly hard to get over especially if you end up unable to ever conceive. Let him go now honey, you deserve better than that.

Let him go. Infidelity is hard enough for most to deal with, but add a child and that child's mother into the mix. You deserve better, hard as that might be.

This girl has known nothing else since being with this cheater for over 10 years. She knows better but is scared. Take the leap and be happier in the long run.
