With all due respect for Junior Seau, his family has close to 0% chance of winning this case. The dude killed himself and there is no way to prove it was the directly result of concussions. If Junior really wanted to make this a valid cause for CTE, he could have volunteered to be monitored for his remaining natural life and let science show OVER TIME that his brain was compromised. Only then would a lawsuit result in collecting damages. He checked out too soon.
