Evidently these men have NOTHING better to do than find things like this. I never measured any of mine but more or less figured it was just a "figure of speech" and have never felt cheated.

Agreed with the first commentor. Idiots like this are what drive government intervention and regulation. Pretty soon we're going to have to have a legal definition for what constitues a "sandwich" that all restaurants are going to have to adhere to or face persecution. I wonder if this guy brings a measuring cup to the bar to make sure he gets a full pint, or a scale to the chop house to make sure his 33 oz porterhouse is the correct weight?
