Minnesota will NOT be a preferred place for businesses until the corporate and personal income tax rates put the state below the top 10 highest states for taxes.

Exactly. Seems to me agreeing not to hire/steal each others workers is a restraint of trade against workers. And apparently the magazine, which looks more like a marketing device for the parent company's consultant business, likes government subsidies for businesses which it calls assistance and partnerships.

And all of this collusion keeps wages extremely low. That's why a large chunk of the St Cloud workforce commutes to the Twin Cities each day.

All I know is the companies mentioned do massive amounts of business with the company I work for. No recession with us.

What about Willimar? There are plenty of fraudulently documented workers there willing to work for lower wages, benefits and expectations.
