This has nothing to do with the President so those lines of commentary have no basis in anything. However, as a veteran of many live performances (as a performer) I can honestly say that it's a shame that a vocalist with such megastar status lacks the confidence to sing live. It's a sad reflection of the trend by musical performers in general to be so dependent on technology. And sad that Beyonce missed out on such a rare opportunity to show what she is really made of....not much apparently.

Beyonce is one of those performers who sounds fine in the studio but terrible in a live performance.

So what - it's January and temps in the 40's, so pretty cold for an outdoor vocal performance. It was her voice she sync'd to, so doesn't really matter - she had to hit those high notes, and she did.

I don't like liberal Beyonce but recorded or live she sounded great with the National Anthem.

What was the ear plug thing that she pulled out of her ear mid-way through?

I get why they may lipsync but if the instruments were properly function, which it sounds like they were, why cant she sing one song? She wasnt singing as the title on the picture says, she was acting.

I didn't know that singing one song (and a short one at that) would be so difficult in 40 degree temperatures!
