"ekes"? "clings"? You don't have to re-print it just the way Delta PR wants you to.
Being a bully on the main routes and having direct flights will only get you so far. Delta has the worst customer service in the industry bar none. And, lucky you MSP flyer, you get some of the noisiest, oldest, and most decrepit planes in the country. Thanks for nothing Delta. But, thank you Southwest for entering the market. My family, business, and colleagues have agreed that we will not fly Delta anymore.
Hmm, delta has the only flight to town "A" at the time I want to fly. So I will boycott them and take the bus? Or drive myself? Yep. I got a lot of leverage here.
$7,000,000 profit! That is terrible! Delta provides a needed service and should make $0 profit. The government should provide air service.
Really dahockeyguru? You and your friends would rather have 2 stopovers on Southwest then pay an extra $20 for a nonstop? What is your time worth? Do you like standing in line for a good seat instead of getting a seat assignment? As far as service goes, air travel is not a Day Spa, it's mass transit. What exactly do you expect?
