aid to Israel over the years - including military - now exceeds $230 billion! enough already! i think it's refreshing to finally have a president who puts America and says "no" to Israel and their relentless lobby groups. i hope the POTUS will resist the warmongers' push to drag us into a war with Iran that we cannot afford, no mater what contrived provocation they may throw out as bait. simply put, there will be no peace in the ME until Israel returns to '67 borders and ends its illegal occupation. in the meantime we, the US taxpayers continue to pay the price in blood and treasure. so tedious.

Can America afford to bankroll this "war" any longer? Do we have enough seniors to kick off medicare and social security to ensure we'll be able to afford it for future generations to enjoy as much as we have? I can't wait to be kicked off medicare and social security in the future to ensure that we keep this going.

This belligerent man continues to spit in our face by building settlements that will prevent the two-state solution from coming to pass. We should cancel all aid to Israel and let them deal with their own messes.

They call it the "special" relationship with Israel. I think we all would prefer a normal relationship. Israel will need to bend to the needs of the region. Being a nation based upon a religion is a giant handicap. I do not want to pay for such a thing. I love the Jewish people and their culture, but my feelings for the Palestinians are similar. Israel seems most at fault.

Will, the US really support Israel when their government finally becomes a DE fact o apartheid government to control the greater Palestinian population. Will we have to go to war to support Israel because violence through Hamas is the only hope and instrument a disenfranchised people have? I hope the Jewish American people clear the path to sanity for our government officials inability to get a spine to stand up to the right wing Israeli settlers holding their government and the US hostage.

Bibi and his policies will cost Israel in the long run. It is time for the right wing extremists to take a back seat and allow Israel to build a sustainable future with its own Palestinian citizens and with its neighbors.

The fundemental problem remains of a people who claim an invisible man told them they were entitled to some land. As long as this is accepted state policy, Likud will always have a place at the head of the table.
