The Ravens definitely have that KILLER instinct in them.

Well, at least there are 10 comments over at the story on the 'Niners victory. And here there's one poster, who apparently isn't at all fond of Ray Lewis. Not much interest in sports around here unless it involves local teams...right, locals?

Conradulations to Baltimore, and San Franisco. Nice to see 2 Defensive teams meeting for the Super Bowl. As a life long Vike fan, these teams have got my hopes up for the Vikes future. Why ? because there has been so much talk about how you can't win without that "Elite" QB, and you can't win without a high scoring offense. Well, the "Elite" group of Brady, the Manning brothers, Brees, Rogers, Ryan, and company, just prove that having an elite QB, and a high scoring offense, is not as good as having a cohesive "Team", that doesn't turn the ball over, and plays good defense. Kaepernick, against Flacco ? They aren't in the Pro-Bowl, are they ? The NFL is still a TEAM game. The teams that come together at the right time, are the teams that win. GO VIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How awesome. The Ravens are going to their 2 nd Super Bowl in tehir short existence with a great chance of winning their 2nd Super Bowl. ANd where are the Vikings? Egaging in wishful thinking with a coach like Leslie Frazier and a QB like Chris Ponder. Both of them are in over their heads. I guess I will continue to be a long suffering Viking fan that says, "Wait til next year".

@Dexterjibs, it could be worse. Let's see, who's never even been to the Superbowl? The Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions come to mind. So I guess being a Vikes fan isn't the worst that can happen to you. Being a Cubs fan is.

The Ravens definitly were the better team Sunday. Injuries to the Pat's best cover guy in Aqib Talib and pass rusher Chandler Jones along with Brady's favorite target Rob Gronkowski are critical factors in beating any team in the playoffs.

I would rather be watching Tom Brady versus Matt Ryan than watching these two annoying guys coaching in Hair-Ball XLVII.
