"These children are likely to make up the vanguard of the country's future government and business elites, experts say, so their behavioral attributes are a matter of national -- and international -- importance." They can't possibly turn out any worse than the thieving sociopaths who currently make up America's business and political elite.

This study does not seem to take economic policy into account. China has adopted capitalist ideologies since Deng Xiaoping ruled during the 1980s as well.
