His legacy has been to celebrate self pity. To make excuses for ones lack of achievement. The era of "its not your fault, the man has held you down". The glorification of Occupy. The denigration of Capitalism.

How on earth could the most liberal president in U.S. history even know what the definition of The American Dream means? Exploding government that distributes wealth and holds your hand from cradle to grave? Is that what The American Dream stood for when the phrase was first coined? Hardly.

Obama has no intentions of cutting spending or fixing the budget over the next 4 years. He want a "Legacy" to his name so that he will be remembered in the history books. You go what you voted for!

His legacy will be George Bush 3, but add in some the dead people from drone strikes, more big brother, and bigger tax hikes. A real president to remember!

This is a president who's done remarkably well, especially given full-out obstructionism. Under his stewardship, the country averted a great depression, passed a national health care law, got bin Laden, saved the auto industry, gotten rid of DADT, came out in support of gay marriage, and is the first president in our history to put forth a comprehensive approach to reducing gun violence. The most recent national poll shows that 56% believe his second term will accomplish even more. The economy has turned around, especially the housing market, the GDP, and the DOW. As much as the predictable naysaying right wingers who post here hate it, the majority of Americans solidly support him.
