In years past, I would have tempered my expectations for the Gophers when their skill meets with physicality. Tonight, ND brought the physical play and the Gophs were able to combat it by earning some nice gritty goals. Wilcox should have been the #1 star vs. Condon the way he shut down ND in the third. Timely big saves kept this game from being closer than the scoreboard showed it to be. Nice job MN. Finish the sweep and keep rolling!!!!

Impressive game by the Gophers. A complete domination of the Sue. It really looked like the Gophers were playing a high school team. We Gopher the sweep tomorrow!

Not even close? Complete domination? The game was much closer than the score indicates, but don't let me burst your bubble. I'll leave that to BC...

At the game tonight, Goldy controlled the entire game even when down by a goal. Of course the Sue got chippy once they realized they had no chance to win. Send them back to Canada with a broom tomorrow Goldy. Go Gophs!

'The game was much closer than the score indicates' --- It really wasn't. UND looked terrible, I was expecting a closer game.

Long drive today for Sue to get down to Mpls and take that beating. Don't trash your Hotel room tonight, you need a place to sleep it off. Good Luck tomorrow night.
