Seems to be a GOP theme. Change the rules so they can win, never mind what the voters want.

If you can't win on your positions on the issues, change the rules. Stealing elections is just as good as winning them. Maybe better. Any good Rush/FOX Republican will tell you that!

When they won with the same rules it was just fine but when the DFL wins, then the rules muse be changed. If this is their thinking then they deserve to lose.

The idea is reasonable, but only if it's applied all across the country at the same time. This cherry-picking of states is nothing but an attempt to game the system. The best solution would be a Constitutional amendment doing away with the Electoral College.

Another GOP tactical mistake. They know they can't win the popular vote so they are trying to change the rules of the game. If this is the best they can come up with, they deserve to lose.

The problem is that they've already changed congressional districts in these states to create more GOP strongholds. Witness MN's 6th district, expanded into traditional GOP areas of St. Cloud and moved away from the traditionally DFL area around Stillwater. Fact is, the GOP know there are only so many old, white voters and the number is shrinking. They can't win elections because their entire platform is only to support the wealthy.
