Justice Department decision leaves food servers more vulnerable to threats over food allergies

This is worse than big brother! This is downright insane. My son and his gal are both servers. From what I understand it takes a miniscule amount of some foods to set off a serious reaction n some folks that could be life threatening. Food being prepped or waiting to be served could be cross -contaminated. Don't even go there government and say my kid is going to be responsible FOR YOUR PROBLEM! People with severe allergies to common foods should avoid restaurants completely. I am very afraid for our freedom and our country right now. The nanny state hasvno business interfering with people's livelihoods. Foolish folks that voted for Obama can take the credit for this latest loss of our rights.

All restaurants would be wise to have a disclaimer regarding food ingredients printed at their entry and on the menu. But, I. suppose they will be sued for food "discrination"
