With its most jobs added in a year since 1999 and an annual job growth rate ahead of U.S., the Minnesota economy has momentum.

So, in the two years of a Republican-controlled state legislature we've had significant job growth and have stayed significantly ahead of the national averages? Gee, guess the shutdown wasn't as bad as the Strib made it out to be. Too bad the Democrats are taking control of the legislature now, enjoy your job-killing tax hike that's coming.

I find it ironic that I kept hearing from the left that it wasn’t Obama’s fault for the slow job growth because it takes time to turn around the economy. You can’t just flip a light switch and things will be better. So, with that same line of thinking, are you willing to give the GOP state Congress or even T-Paw credit for creating job growth by holding the line on taxes and budgets? Which is it? You can’t have it both ways.
