Looks like another lost season.. This game made me cringe..Whatever early competitiveness early in the season has been lost to injury, bad lack, poor management decisions, poor judge of talent.. in other words, same as the previous several years..Good to see Rubio back on the court.. But when Alexi and Pek went down, what was left was minor league ball. Steamer has no hands, Dante is a third stringer, disappointed in Derrick.. All in all, like the announcers said, this is the worst shooting team in the NBA. Can't see any turnaround the rest of this lost season.. Started with such promise..Team realized it was outclassed in the 4th quarter with nobody healthy left to play..Luke carried the team tonight..but not nearly enough..

I believe Rubio missed that layup because he was going to try to dunk and realized he couldn't while in the air; otherwise it's unlikely he would have missed it, and certainly not that badly. (Maybe he's already explained that something else caused him to miss the layup; if so, disregard the above.) DWill showed progress in tonight's game, and I think we should keep him and continue to play him a lot. He's only a senior in college, and as JZ said, it took Corey Brewer quite a while to grow his game. And Love, though markedly improved from his first year, is not yet a complete and reliable player. This season is one in which DWill is learning more about what it takes to play at this level. So with more playing time and a summer to work on what needs developing, I think he will be a strong, reliable two-way player next year. There's still more than half of this season for him to play and learn and make the necessary adjustments, and there's nothing like playing time to help a player blossom. IMO, I don't think it's a case of DWill not fitting Adelman's system as much as it is an indictment against Adelman (perhaps Kahn and Taylor too) for being so short-sighted and wanting to make the playoffs this year, resulting in the Wolves being a one-and-done team, which we saw plenty of when KG was here (not KG's fault, of course). If the objectives are to 1) foster success so that Taylor can sell the team for a higher price (2) preserve Kahn's job by making the playoffs (3) not have to refund 10 percent to season ticket holders, and (4) allow Adelman to ride off into the sunset after next season with more wins under his belt, then I object. Trading DWill is foolish; trying to sign Pek, especially if he likes it here and will sign for a little less than what the ludicrous market will likely offer him, is smart. I am concerned about Adelman's motives when it comes to potential trades. It used to be only a matter of worrying about Kahn--which was PLENTY to worry about; now Rick's judgment is suspect as well because of what seems to be a "win now at all costs" goal. That's what he told the team the other day: win, in addition to stick together.

Snooze you are now complaining about a coach that told his team to win? Think about that for a minute and I think you'll see it's OK. As for Rubio, add bad legs to a guy that really couldn't shoot very well when he had good legs, and his shooting is awful. Will probably continue to be awful until he gets completely healthy, which may be next season. If this team loses Pek for any length of time they are done.

If memory serves me right, this about the point in the season where Wolves lose 15 out of 17 or so. This broken record is sickening!!!

Time to put all the injured players out for the season and play for a very high draft pick and better health next year. If this team would get into the top 3 or 4 picks, who knows how good they could be next year. Look at San Antonio the one year and were rewarded? with Tim Duncan. Wolves should try that

abemntocal, I wouldn't expect a coach to say anything but win; however, given the possible motivations involved, then it does raise a concern with me. I remain concerned with a win now at all costs approach, because it could prove to be costly to both short term and long term succees. A silly trade this year that might result in the Wolves crawling into the playoffs is not worth it in the intermidiate and long run. I'd rather wait a year and do things right in terms of player moves, drafts, etc. IMO, we should ride out the season by adding D league players to our depleting roster. Yes, the Wolves should try to win as often as they can, but I forsee more losses than wins here on out.

Nobody is going to mistake Rubio for John Stockton.

It was good to see D. Williams start and contribute.

atrocious shooting! wolves have no chance of winning when 6 of your top 8 players shoot like this... DWill 3/9, Shved 2/7, Rubio 2/9, Pek 1/8, Dante 2/9, Barea 2/10
