Just quit smoking almost 6 months ago. One of the hardest things I have done, but I am very determined to not start smoking again.

I quit smoking in 2001 after 15 years of Camels. It was far easier than I had expected. Now I just have to lose 60 pounds.

Good to hear about folks quitting. As a former smoker myself, I know it's not easy. If you are still "on the fence" about the hazard of smoking, go to the new "Body Worlds" exhibit at the Science Museum and see the smoker's lungs. That oughta do it.

Smoker's Lung? That's an old wives tale. A smoker's lungs are as pretty and pink as anyone else's. Uncle is a retired surgeon and rolls his eyes whenever the subject might come up. Says you cannot tell the difference.
