Probably a good idea to just ban this sport from the Olympics. Play fair or don't play at all.

Good god they all were dopers. With that said, the Tour de France is a fantastic race that very few on the planet could complete. End the witch hunt, almost everyone in the past doped. If a clean race is so important, improve the testing or ban people for life.
