On a related note, why no out cry on the number of rounds expended by Sean Penn in his new movie after Joe Biden got done with his search for why we love guns? Too big a campaign contributer?
Somewhere deep in the bowels of our intelligence services there are people who believe in the usefulness of "physical coercion" (i.e. torture). Like it or not such methods have been used by our government in the name of the American people. The intelligence agencies are going to want to use them in the future. Better to confront this issue than to pretend it doesn't exist. In the movie I think that director Kathryn Bigelow played it right up the middle. Members of the audience are going to have to make up their own minds. That's what freedom of expression is all about.
alanson - I think you summed it up quite well!
Once again the Left gets the podium. No podium for the Right to spouse the hit piece on Sarah Palin; Game Change. But, alas this is good enough I guess to get to the next hit piece on Michelle Bachman.
