HOnestly why are parents loading their kids up on this stuff. I know many 12-16 year olds whose parents will but them several a day. Not only is this expensive but it is not healthy at all.

It becomes addicted. Without taking more drinks, it will cause one to feel frustrated and easily get irritated. There must be something else, not just lots of caffein and sugar as stated.

Purchasing and consuming these "energy drinks" is very unwise. If a person feels tired most of the time, get some SLEEP, see a doctor, work out harder, or accept that you are not Ahhhnuld. Hyping the body up, crashing, and repeating that over and over again is harmful.
