Bears hire CFL coach Trestman to replace fired Smith, hoping he can get most out of Cutler

The Chicago Bears have hired Canadian Football League coach Marc Trestman to replace the fired Lovie Smith. He was raised in St. Louis Park and played for the Gophers before transferring to Minnesota State-Moorhead for his senior year.

Glad to read Cutler is in the final year of his contract. So happy we didn't give up two 1st-rounders and a bunch of cash to get him a few years back.
