Lawyers say there was no proof that data on phone was pertinent in case involving ex-golf coach Kathryn Brenny.

Wait. The U has a "golf-director"? And on page 1 Kaler says they DON'T have too many administrators? And the destruction of evidence (by a "lower-level" employee) shows how quickly the blame rolls down hill. The U is looking like a very troubled and troubling outfit.

The U must have addressed this by hiring the women's basketball coaches partner to work in athletics showing they have no bias. The place is fraught with dysfunction.
