I don't believe it's the sheriffs responsibility or his right to determine what's constitutional. that's left to the court system. It's why we have separation of powers. If it's the law of the land it's his duty to enforce it. His personal opinion makes no difference except when he votes.

Pretty hilarious! "Looky, here, boy- Ah'm the law in these parts!" Yessir; just what they said down south when them Feds got all uppity about desegregation, and letting darkies drink from white folk's drinkng fountains. Sure proved their point there! Fast learners.
