(1) Worried about China possibly eavesdropping? Don't be worried. Feel completely assured that their gov't is doing it. (2) If the graphics programs did work in Win7 before, then see if an install repair can be done. Otherwise, be prepared to learn that Win7 "doesn't support" said programs any longer. Some of MS's own best apps won't even run on Vista any longer. Need to have Win7 or 8. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot. I'm not shelling out for a new OS after spending money on two copies of Vista (Ultimate and Home Premium) when it came out. MS owes me two copies of Win7!
