Japan's Nikkei topples off 32-month high on yen concern; other markets down as rally runs out

LONDON - Japanese shares led markets lower Wednesday after a minister warned over an excessive fall in the value of the yen. Elsewhere, concern over U.S. budget talks caused many indexes to drop further from multiyear highs.
