that stretch from alexandria to fargo is always bad even when the weather isn't. i've driven more times than i can count and i'm inclined to think the poor road conditions are in large part due to the mndot crew in charge of that area

rbdupius: I'm inclined to think you blaming the maintenance crew for weather extremes that have deviled this section of interstate and other roads in the area forever are in large part due to your ignorance of the weather.
