The Gophers' showdown with Indiana might just come down to the battle in the middle between Trevor Mbakwe and Cody Zeller.

Pretty much right on - not thinking Mbakwe will be able to handle Zeller alone - he doesn't have the height or length of Zeller and Zeller looks to be as quick as Mbakwe... Maybe Smith has a new look for the inside for Indiana - remembering how the one Illinois guard blew by him - and everyone else - basically unchallenged much of the second half - one has to believe Indiana is going copy that move and send their quick guard dribble driving inside, with Zeller there for dump passes and cleanup, to try to put the MN big in foul trouble, 2 on 1, before the cavalry arrives... Meaning it will take two or more to defend Indiana inside as a mini-zone, and even then Indiana will get points in there... No question that the players will come to play, so it's going to be which coach has the better prep against the other... Win or lose, it'll be a good experience for a deep run in the dance.

hobie2 Will Smith finally play Mbakwe and Eliason together at some point in the game in a new anti-big line-up or will he be inflexible.
