Here's how any legislation should be worded..."If you sing a contract, you should either know and understand what is in it, or hire a qualified lawyer who does and can help you."

The biggest mistake we made was government encouraging as many minorities and illegal aliens to buy homes they could never afford as possible. This is how the recession started.

Great Idea! Let's make it harder for people to own homes! More roadblocks, red tape and cost including the price of those new government services that I am sure would follow. That's the ticket Star Trib! Let's face it, some people were never meant to own homes. If you disagree with this statement, you make my point perfectly. Putting up regs discourages sellers and buyers from wanting to enter transactions preventing home ownership for the masses.
