Everyday rules about punctuation are needed every day

Well Sir, there was a time that your rules were correct and most people knew those rules. But alas, now days most of our young people cannot even write a resume or a real letter. What is happening to our English is just awful. All kids now type in computer words where they do not even know the correct ways. For an example, most kids now say or write like this: "Did u lrn anytin tooday?" You know this, sir, and I am sure you must hate it too. I do. But there is our future and the past is gone. Sorry to remind you, sir.
