Well, that will deter some tourist, college grads coming back to the city to spend their money years after the graduate. LaX more than other univerisities gets a large percentage of grads coming back years after they are gone for annual get togethers, Octoberfest etc. So.....take that city......you will lose out on revenue/money, which is all that matters anyway for the decision makers.
