Its about time the War Department feels the same pinch every other government body, except Congress, has been experiencing for years. This outfit is awash in money. It is amazing that the mere fact that the Pentagon has to deal with budget cuts gets such attention. Obama just signed a $633 Billion Pentagon funding bill, and that was called a "cut." David Stockman, Budget Director under Reagan called the Pentagon a "swamp of waste, mismanagement and fraud." What do you think it is now after a decade of massive budget increases?
