yeah, I know nature lovers pay to see the rhino's too, but almost all of the expense for their trip goes to airlines and hotels, not to the governemnt who can designate it for saving those animals. There shoudl be a REALLY hefty price to enter and photograph rhino's, which a hunter would have to pay also in addition to the license for shooting one. Bill G.
Hey, Rhino horn eaters... move into the 19th century - you are an embarrassment to China and Chinese everywhere - oh, and look up "Viagra".
Oh - suggestion/question - why do the rangers not - when they have the rhinos down for medicals - put some kind of substance in a coating in the the rhino horn hairs that inhibits sex drive, and announce it. That will kill the market. (It's not like the rhinos gnaw on each others horns).. And I always wondered why they also didn't dye the elephant tusks with some pigment dyes that don't bleach out - like light pastel swirls in the tusks that an ivory collector can see, with a visible dyed band at the top of the tusk to signal "dyed worthless ivory" to poachers- but not so much that the tusks don't look basically white to the elephants... Just curious.
Hey, China. Get with it, you rich losers over there. You're as bad as our 1%ers. Kill rhinos for "medicine". Kill elephants for "medicine". Kill tigers for "medicine". Etc.
Try going to a doctor.
This is disgusting. East Asian countries are directly responsible for the decline of rhinos, elephants, tigers, asian bears, sharks and a host of other land and marine animals on the brink of extinction. And they continue to thumb their noses at the rest of the world. If this is a cultural thing...their culture stinks.
