It seems like the South still has a problem with that amendment. However, seems like the GOP has moved it further North with all the demands of Voter ID, just another means of limiting voting.

Huh, I thought we wanted equal rights for everyone ...why do we still have affirmative action where people of different races are classified and given a distinct advantage? Seems like everyone should be treated equally, just like MLK Jr. wanted.
