Once again I've paid my mortgage and get no help from my bank. My only hope was to refinance through the HARP program with no deduction or waiving of the finance fees. I would lose 6 years of payments and be in debt another 6000 dollars. wooo...hoooo. Foreclosure shouldn't have happened in the first place if they had read there own documents when they purchased their house.

of COURSE there are scant details. if there were lots of details, the lawyers might not get the lion's share of the money. I have been a party to a LOT of court-ordered paybacks. I think the most I got was $10, and usually nothing. the legal beagles, however, got hundreds of millions.
