Oh, so the president isn't going to give Goldman Paulsen another shot at enriching himself, his bought and paid for politicians,(including the president), wallstreet and bankers even further. How disappointing.

Lew is an Orthodox Jew who observes the Jewish Sabbath [46][47] and attends Congregation Beth Sholom. [48] A 2011 press release from the Religion News Service noted that Lew also "has extensive connections in the American Jewish community," and that he might be able to help President Obama "build a more friendly rapport" with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

You all DO know that he took a $950K bonus from Citigroup a few months after their taxpayer funded bailout, right? Oh wait, the Strib and the Puff Host don't say anything about that? Must not have happened then.

I'm just wondering when his Tax evasion becomes known. I thought that was a requirement of the Obama cabinet.

Just wondering why it is a requirement that women and minorities are named to positions, like people on this board are complaining about. Wouldn't you wnat the most qualified? Or is gender and race more important. Some day, we will not care about gender or race. But, in order to get there, people have to NOT CARE about gender or race!

Lew is going to have a very difficult task because it doesn't seem that Obama has any interest in addressing the spending issue which is the reason for our economic woes.
