This all seems very fair to me :) Especially IF before the game all players knew they might be sued for a cool million should anyone they bump go down hard.......or were close to when they slipped on the ice and went down hard.....or would be tapped by the insurance company that paid for injuries on the player that was close by when slipped on the ice...... or just because some lawyers wants a %.
