Is their an app for couting the download of apps?

The app download count tells only part of the story of why Apple's mobile products are both more user friendly and more heavily used than any other competing product. It's not even close.

While I am a big Apple user all of the "hot" electronic devices have one common detonator and the is CONTENT. Whether it is Apps, or music and movies access to content is what drives all purchases of electronic devices these days. Our friends at Best Buy should not walk but RUN after this with their last breath. BBY has done a wonderful job of distributing Apple, Android and Windows devices - now close the loop and get into the content distribution business. But don't "Best Buy" it up. You need to get this right - think like a start-up and cut out the crap.

With a few more "aps" people can spend their whole life looking/staring at their ipod, iphone,etc. and we can totally stop engageing with people face to face. Seems like everywhere you look, people are not looking where they are going, just at that "thing" in their hand.
