LOL. Give us your money now so that we can collect the interest. In return for your great loyalty, we'll continue to give you great mediocrity. All the while that your tax dollars are funding our arena upgrades to help you feel more comfortable watching our mediocrity in person. Thank you for being a loyal Wolves fan all of these years.

10 percent is not much of a gamble. Seems like it would be better to give a discount to make the playoffs.
