After one possession by each team, it sure did look a lot like last weekend.

At least Frazier had the good sense and courage to keep Ponder from playing, unlike Mike Shanahan with RG III.

alot easier for mccarthy's bunch to stop Peterson when there is zero threat of a completed pass.

It is obvious they need to go out and find a back-up quarterback and turn Joe Webb into the receiver they drafted him as. He could be just what they need to have a deep threat to throw too.

Not saying the Vikings should have or could have won the game, but it's really irritating when the Packers offensive line is constantly holding and never getting called for it. Saw it multiple times at Saturday's game. It's easy to play quarterback when you have all day. At a minimum it would have been a much closer game.

I wonder what guys like Joe Kapp and Tarkengton think of Ponder taking himself out of the game on Saturday? My guess is in their day they would have take a shot of cortizone and played....

Sadly Ponder's timing is KEY again to save his job. Washington last season, Ponder leaves with a concussion, hence Webb comes in & plays VERY well so we miss the RGIII Pick as a result of the win. Now, Ponder misses the biggest game of his career and with Webb looking horrible in turn makes Ponder look better? Webb has helped Ponder keep his job, twice in two different ways. I’ll be extremely upset, if the Vikings stand on Ponder alone as our starter next year.

Hilarious! The Vikings QBs are so bad that the Packers didn't even care which one was starting.

Peterson and Allen get another year older, Adrian's super season wasted, and can you REALLY look yourself in the mirror and say "someday Ponder leads us to the Super Bowl?" Bottom line is another year passes, no Super Bowl for one of league's oldest franchises.
