A lottery?! Why not, it's worked so well for the NBA. I wonder if it'll be a closed door one like Stern loves so much.

I shake my head a bit over the defined pension plan. Even at leauge miniumus, these guys make enough money to self fund their own retirement. I have to self fund mine (401k, annutities, good old fashioned savings accounts!, etc...) and I do it on a fraction of what these guys make.
