Bar patron was a wanted man night of slaying

The man who hanged himself after becoming a ''person of interest'' in the slaying of officer Thomas Decker had faced imminent arrest on the night of Decker's shooting.

It's nice of the media to tread so carefully now around the issue of whether this man is guilty. Perhaps a lesson was learned from the too rapid accusations and media convictions of Ryan Larson,the first suspect. When Ryan Larson's name is cleared (and it sounds like that is coming) I hope every news outlet devotes as much print and video time to clearing his name as they did to prematurely convicting him.
