I have worked in the food production industry for over 20 yrs. In that time, the sanitation, and food safety, and security has evolved into the strict and necessary situation that it is in now. I eat the food, my children eat the food, and my grandchildren eat the food; how healthy do I want the food to be? Healthy, safe food is a matter of national health and security. Any lack of regulation that endangers our food supply is wrong, immoral, and outrageous.
