Too bad, thanks to the Wilf brothers, his grandchildren will never see the Metrodome bill paid pff.

I've been a Vikings fan since their first game, 52 years ago. I'm still hoping to see them win a Super Bowl before I die. I'm 66 now, and my chances seem to be dwindling.

I know this will sound sarcastic, but it's nice to see the Wilfs do something for someone else once in a while, instead of just thinking about what they can get. Maybe they just might entertain this gentleman and his family members at the remaining games this season.

Some Vikings fans have been born, lived and died waiting for this moment and now will not be denied the satisfaction of knowing that this is really happening and could go all the way.

Great story! Congratulations to Ed and his family. And "well done" to the Vikings brass who took the time for this gentleman.

Brilliant PR move & good will gesture by the Vikes front office. I hope he will be @ Lambeau this evening too!
