One word...... Wolves! They are increasing in numbers every year. ND has a Moose population that is growing every yearand they have almost zero wolves. Look at the numbers off Wolves killed and how quick. They are guilty no doubt about it!

I hope something can be done to revive the moose population. Worldwide their populations are fine I guess, but it's cool to have a large wilderness animal in MN.

Moose are going extinct & MN DNR still has a hunting season for them....Governor Dayton, please give us some new leadership at the DNR!

Sad to see the monarch of the North Woods slowly disappear. I hope this study can help save them before they are wiped out.

Life is complicated. Families blame hospitals and doctors when people die. Climate change, habitat change, predators...lots of things. Lets use the science and find out.

Moose are cool and have a unique appearance in the animal kingdom. Agreed on stopping moose hunts on a declining species. Also, did I read correctly that the MN Zoo vet's name is ... Wolf?

Perhaps, if moose weren't hunted and wolves weren't hunted then the natural process could take place. Man has really unbalanced the rhythm of nature by hunting in the modern age.
