Lutheran Social Service has teamed up with St. Paul apartment owners to rehab an apartment complex for refugees.

Very nice article. Congratulations to all of you for combining on this project. These are very difficult developments to coordinate and finance. They certainly are not on the public screen very often and they do great things for neighborhoods and citizens.
