Commuted or overturned there is a big difference. Commuted means a change in sentencing not a change in Innocence. Sounds like a the death penalty issue not a guilty or not guilty issue.

So, basically, this guy is a genius among negroes? Sounds like he's exactly where he belongs. Rather than spending money on his case, spend it on other cases and put more of them in the slammer where they belong!
