why would anyone in Iowa want an institute honoring a lowlife such as Harkin/ He is truly disgusting, and this only is another example of his corruption.

Why do politicians feel the need to be honored for spending tax payer money? It's easy to spend money. What is difficult is not spending money and wasting it.
